Country dumplings with meat

Preparation recipes

Put frozen dumplings into boiling water, salted to one’s liking (water / semimanufactured product ratio is 4:1). Boil for 7-10 min on rising to the surface. Serve ready-made dumplings with various souces.

Ingredients

Dough 70% (wheat flour, water, salt),  meat stuffing 30% (chicken 46%,  pork 8%,  onions, soy proteins, salt, pepper, seasoning).

500 g. and 2000 g.
