Vintage (old-times) dumplings with meat filling

Preparation recipes

Put frozen dumplings into boiling water, salted to one’s liking (water / semimanufactured product ratio is 4:1). Boil for 7-10 min on rising to the surface. Serve ready-made dumplings with various souces.

Ingredients

Dough 50%  (wheat flour, drinking water, egg mass, salt), meat stuffing 50% (pork 76%, chicken 5%, beef 3%, onions, drinking water, salt, pepper,  seasoning).
