Dumplings with curd

Preparation recipes

Drop 500g of dumplings into 2 l of boiling salted water (stir them so that they are separate) and cook for about 7-10 minutes (after they have risen to the surface). Boiled dumplings are served with sour cream or other sweet sauces.

Ingredients

Dough 65%  (wheat flour, drinking water, egg mass, salt), сurd stuffing 35% (curd 50%,  semolina,  sugar).
