Preparation recipes

Kibinai should be defrosted. Bake in the oven for 30-40 min. at 180 degrees.

Ingredients

Dough 60%  (wheat flour, egg mass, butter, margarine, sour cream, sugar, salt), meat stuffing 40% (pork  52%,  onions, lard 13% ,  drinking water, margarine, seasoning, pepper).
